Report branding
Pro+ customers can white-label the rendered reports. Branding applies to PDF, DOCX, and printable HTML exports.
Configure
Settings → Reports → Branding. Fields:
- Logo — PNG or SVG, ≤2 MB, recommended ~600×200 px.
- Primary colour — hex (
#3B82F6). Used for headings, severity pills, and the cover page accent. - Cover page title — override the default
Security Assessment Report. - Cover page subtitle — usually "Prepared by
<consultancy name>for<client>". - Footer — runs on every page. Confidentiality notice, engagement ID, etc.
- Contact block — name / email / phone of the report author.
Changes apply to new reports. Existing HTML renderings keep their original branding.
Per-engagement overrides
For consultancies serving multiple clients per year, open any scan → Export report → Customize to override branding for this one export. Useful when your standing brand is your consultancy's, but this particular deliverable needs the client's logo on the cover.
Signatures / attestations (Enterprise)
Enterprise customers can attach a signed attestation block — name, title, date, signature — that appears on the cover. Pentestas can also countersign the report with an HSM-backed key (contact us to set up).
